I am a survivor of sexual abuse with a passion for opening up dialogue about the effects of abuse and mental illness. Sharing my memoir in a book called Inside My Can of Worms, I want to engage New Zealanders in conversation about mental health and wellbeing, PTSD, Self-harm and hope.
