I caught the ferry from Wellington to Picton last Friday and now I'm in Akaroa (near Christchurch), heading to Dunedin to talk to the Zonta ladies on 7th May about my book Inside My Can of Worms. I love getting the book out there, having an opportunity to sell it and talk all about how I got it done. Increasing awareness of Mental Health issues will go a long way towards helping people get over the stigma as well as getting a better understanding of it. I'm grateful to have the chance to spread the word.
